What: Comment to the Department of Transportation (DOT) that:
- join the 198 and 33 projects to provide the full restoration of Humboldt Parkway for Delaware & MLK Parks with a Parkway!
- the main Project Objective should be to prioritize the health of the neighboring communities
- to increase the efficiency and capacity of the transportation network with transit study
- complete highway removal of 198 to the River and the 33 from Downtown-to-Fillmore
